We were very impressed with Crest and especillay Talon Kuhns. He was not your typical car salesman, like the one that we all dread dealing with. He was amazing and there was absolutely no pressure to buy right now, He gave us the space and let us make up our minds on our own to make this purchase. I had been looking at other brands of cars when I was told to go check out Crest Infinity. I hadn't even considered an Infinity but thought I'd check it out anyway. I can't say enough how lucky I was to get Talon as my salesman. He answered all of my questions without missing a beat. I've dealt with other salesman who have talked down to me because I'm a woman who they felt wouldn't know a spark plug from a lug nut but Talon was amazingly courteous and polite. Excellent service, no surprises, dealt the price I was wanting. Good trade in value, excellent financing. The people at the dealership were very helpful in finding me the exact vehicle that I was looking for in the DFW area. Other dealers did not have the knowledge of my vehicle that they did.

I had several other dealers giving me price quotes for a Qx56. All of them gave an automatic reply. Talon At Crest Infiniti called me back and answered all my questions. I have very little time to deal with car dealers making you feel like you are just another customer. I have to say it felt great being treated so well and making me feel good about buying a car. Great experience, got a deal done in one day. We worked a good deal for my trade in and on the price of a new infiniti g37s convertible. I have had questions on the car after I left and everyone has been very helpful in getting my questions answered. I would recommend Talon and Crest.

For my first care buing experience, I was absolutely impressed with Crest Infiniti and Talon, our sales Consultant . Everyone I met there was very friendly and wanted to meet all my needs. Talon was great to work with and did an exceptional job in explaining the details of the G37 that I was interested in. He also worked a great deal in getting me the car I wanted for the price I wanted to pay. If you choose Talon as your Sales Consultant I assure you that you will have a pleasant experience.

Richie from New Car Sales was great. New Car Sales Mgr was great. I am disappointed with the customer service I received when dealing with the parts department, a few days after picking up my g37. They were not friendly and were put off by the fact I was there inquiring about the purchase of some accessories. Additionally, they were not all that knowledgeable. This dealership was incredible. They worked with me to make sure that I was as happy as possible. From the initial phone call to the final delivery of my vehicle, they handled the sale with professionalism and courtesy. They went so far as to personally deliver my new vehicle to my home on a Saturday. When they delivered, they went over everything and stayed until all of our questions were answered.
