Jeff is highly enthusiastic and knowledgeable about Infiniti, their products and services, and himself. From the minute I walked into the showroom floor to the minute I drove off the lot with my new Infiniti G37 Coupe, I was treated like a king. Everyone was so knowledgeable and driven to make me feel great about my purchase. Go to Crest!! Go be thrilled!! You will NOT be disappointed. "The Extra Mile" should be Jeff Browning's middle name!

My E46 BMW M3 was totaled while parked and unoccupied. I was very sad to see it go, but that put me in the market for a new vehicle. I saw some negative reviews for Crest on the internet, but I decided to check them out anyway and I'm glad I did. Don't always believe everything you read online, verify it for yourself. We went there looking for a car with a hard to find color. They had both colors we were interested in, used for way under any price we had seen so far! Chris was so friendly and no pushy at all. The service was great. I felt at ease the entire time. I would highly recomend this dealership, and Chris, to anyone!

Not sure but after the oil change my car is not running as expected. As soon as I press the gas paddle the throttle goes up a bit and suddenly drops. It was not happening earlier before oil change. It was running smoothly. I would like you guys to fix it.

Sold my car days after the completion of this service. I did love the car but was fed up with the issues surrounding it- especially with customer service. Best decision I have made. Got my turbos replaced under the extended warranty for the 2017 Q60. After they failed to update me about the turbo's coming in (6 week wait). Originally, they did tell me they had one turbo in the shop and just needed to order the other one. Said it would take 2-6 weeks. At 6 weeks I inquired and they said "we are starting to get some in." I took my car in for a flat tire repair and I was told that they had reset the low tire pressure on the car and that they did not find anything on the tire. I then expressed my concern to Trevor and told him that was impossible as the tire was completely flat. I told him I am driving 10 hours back home and want to make sure the car was safe to drive. Love the car. Worst experience ever after agreeing on cost. We were running out of time to do finance to set an appointment at 9:30 the next day. Said it would take max an hour since we would have our kids, and they didn't even get to us until 10:30 making it 2 hours. On the way there they called and said a sensor wasn't working so we would have to take a rental and have it delivered, fine. This has been my known location to come to for service and repairs. However this will be changing because I had a bad experience. I came in for a routine oil change, I asked for my power steering fluid to be topped off and was told it was all electric until someone popped my hood and realized, my car does have a reservoir for steering fluid. I was told it was too dark and I needed a flush. I was okay I added that services well to my visit. Upon getting my car back in a timely manner I now had a check engine light come on.
