Great service; deal done in 2 hours flat DJ Johnson and team knew what I was looking for and had cars ready for test drive; within an hour had the papers and pricing ready to sign. I had told them they only get 2 hours of my time; and the second the alarm went off on my phone i would walk out if i was still trying to sign papers; they did not disappoint. Best of all he got me a deal on Cadillac even though I initially came in to test out an Infiniti.
Highly Recommended DJ was an upfront and personable guy to work with and we would highly recommend him for anyone’s next purchase. Nice people all around at the dealership.
What car buying should be! DJ made our experience fun and stress free. It’s been awhile since we’ve purchased a new vehicle, but I still remember those long, uncomfortable visits ending in the infamous negotiation game. Our experience was nothing like that. From the initial test drive, the inventory review, the negotiation to the familiarization and delivery, the process was smooth and stress free. This dealership and DJ are top notch.
What car buying should be !! DJ & his team are the needle in haystack in the Automobile relationship biz. They focus on listening to the person ... not managing the transaction. Top class customer care and purchase experience Car shopping experience is never easy, but I did not expect this much quality and professionalism when I came to lease a car here. DJ went to great length to ensure I was happy with the vehicle and the deal I asked for. Very honest and dedicated, worked to ensure he delivered everything he promised. Did not stop there. Definition of What Car Buying Should Be! Ill be honest I was not considering an Infinity. I was looking at Lincoln, Cadillacs and Audi SUV. What I realized is the price point I was looking for those dealers couldnt fit my budget looking in the range of 40k.
