Great service as always- everyone is friendly and helpful- and my customer service rep is awesome - would definitely recommend- I bought my new Infinity here and in 2014 and have all my service done only by them

We decided to purchase a QX50 Infiniti. We decided to try Crest Infiniti. We worked Jibril Holman. I had purchased a QX60 from Grubbs Infinti in August 2020. It was the most awful,dishonest experience. Crest Infiniti was the total opposite of Grubbs. Jibril was an excellent, professional salesman. He listened to what we wanted and was extremely patient. Took my car in for an oil change and to check on a heating/AC issue. My advisor Alan was very thorough, curteous and got me in and out with a loaner. The next day he informed me they could not duplicate the issue. But replaced the part that causes this to occur. That was extremely thoughtful of them to take care of it, will definitely be back to see him fornmy car needs.
