it was just fine.
I don't understand why the 3% charge for using a credit card is being put on the customer. Supposedly my car was washed but I still had bug spots on my windshield. Also, my tires were rotated and the psi on the door of the car says all tires should be at 35. The front tires were at 32 and the rear tires were at 35. I have yet to have an appointment that was up to the standards expected with a new car. Disappointing.
Lack of communication and after just leaving service get a code and needed a battery and was overcharged for labor when I just left service. Calls was non existent and getting answers to my questions was like pulling teeth
The only reason I'm giving a 1 star as the first person who entered was very polite in trying to find a service person to assist. I asked for shuttle service upon my return and it was scheduled for 2:15. No one showed up. I made multiple calls to the service center as they were about to close and they were very confused. I reached out to my service advisor and didn't hear a response until 45 minutes later. I finally got a shuttle to pick me up 1 hour later.
They keep mixing my car up with someone else's.
This place is full of scum bags who wouldn't know ethics and honesty if it slapped them in the face.
Service was very slow for an oil change.
Your service department is awful and it feels like you are solely interested in upselling additional services. Last time I brought my car in the service department did not reset the computer and the car wash was abysmal. It feels like no one pays attention.
