Brought vehicle in for recurrent issue, which is still not resolved. Very dissatisfied.
Crest infinite is a joke they fix one thing while destroying another. The prices are outrageous.
Customer service is good but the actual service and workmanship is below par. Not happy
My vehicle was not returned the way it was given, smoke was coming from the engine after driving for few miles. It was working fine when the vehicle was delivered at the Crest service station
They didn't even complete the diagnostic
It was too expensive for a oil change and tire rotation 185.00 that's a lot more than I would expect to pay
Tire rotation.. they did not use the tool to unlock the lug nuts causing us to have them replaced at dealer. The car pulled hard to the left and had a hard vibration in steering. I tried to call them back on my way home to discuss twice with no one answering the phone even though still within working hours.
Attendant was not following up with client request
Horrible.. zero stars if I could
