Good people.
The first time I drove an hour to get there the dealer was not pleasant. He seemed like I was annoying him by being there and he could barely answer any questions I had about the vehicle. The second time I drove up after they met my requests I met with a different much younger salesman who was extremely polite and appeared to go out of his way to make the purchasing process as painless as possible. I guess this place is hit or miss in terms of customer service.

These guys had the best deal for what I was looking for. Management seems good but the salesman had very little experience, he did not handle things well. He was just ready to get to his next sale. He was NOT customer service oriented. I’m not likely to buy here again, unless they have the better deal, but defiantly not with Brian.
When I got there the car that was looking at had sold. But the car selection at Crest was so good I still found a car for my daughter and made a purchase. When I decide to make another car purchase; I will definitely check out Crest Nissan.
Dealer contacted me daily even when I was unable to make the appointment, which I really appreciated. The location was just too far from my home for me to make it.
