We worked with Shantiv and he was AWESOME!!! I went to bat for us, the buyers, not once but twice. Shantiv is just a great all around guy and he really knows how to take care of a customer. If you are needing a car at Crest in Frisco, I would call Shantiv and I am sure we deal with again!
The dealership and the salesman have.been very responsive. It’s hard for me to judge the timeliness since I’m 2 states away and for me I wouldn’t think a salesman would work with me but Dana has been great...

Andrew the salesman was a great help in answering all my questions and making the purchase quick and easy.
Worked with Dana. He was amazing. I didn't get to buy the car-someone was on their way to the dealership when I called but Dana still sent me pictures, kept helping me even though another salesman was working ion a deal with the same car. He called me and let me know that the car was sold once the other person was in the finance Dept closing the deal.
