Excellent experience. We were treated very well. Crest had already arranged for a Loaner Vehicle, just in case the issue with my car would take a little time. Bryce immediately found two problems, so Brian whisked us away in the Loaner. It was great because we live an hour and a half to two hours away. Bryce kept me informed and then he called to let me know my car was ready. Thank you to the entire Crest team.
Jordan couldn’t fix the issue on the phone, so he had the car towed in. Had to wait a day due to heavy load in the shop, but then fixed with a software download. Car back, cleaned and washed as well. Well done.
