Above and beyond! Alycia Johnson is a fabulous sales professional. She went above and beyond to find me the Volvo XC90 that I wanted. It was a family trip to the dealership that day and she was very accommodating, she even had crayons and a coloring book for my 3 year old daughter. It's the attention to detail that will definitely cause me to refer people to her!
Excellent Customer Service Alycia Johnson went above and beyond any salesperson I have ever dealt with. I live in Oklahoma and found this S60 online and planned to drive to Volvo of Dallas to buy the car. Instead Ms. Johnson drove the car to my house and explained the paperwork and went over the car's features. She was very pleasant, knowledgeable and professional. Outstanding customer service The management/sales & service staff all provided me with outstanding customer service. I was purchasing a used Cadillac and in between the time when I test drove the vehicle and signed all the paperwork the air conditioning stopped working. The dealership replaced the air compressor at their cost. In addition, since I was from out of town they put me up in a hotel until the next day when the car would be ready. Truly outstanding customer service.

Alycia was patient with me, addressed all of my concerns and questions, and made sure to help me find the best deal. Alycia even took the time to follow up with me on any questions I had the days following the purchase. Overall an excellent experience and I would highly recommend working with Alycia Johnson.
Worth the drive from Little Rock Great experience, I had be looking on line for a used car with certain options on it. Found it hear with a great price, sent them photo's of my trade in. Told them what I wanted to do. They emailed me a quote based on photo's, we drove five hours from Little Rock and within a hour we driving home with the deal they quoted. I will check their web site next time I need to trade.

wonderful experience my experience at Volvo was beyond my wildest expectations. the staff was so nice and so understanding and they work to get me the best deal possible. I didn't even expect to walk out with the car that same day but within an hour they got me approved and got me a car with a great deal.

Purchase of Tire Generally, the service department is pretty good. But, recently when I had to purchase a tire, I felt like the service rep I was working with was withholding information from me and not knowledgable about all options. It was the first time I felt let down by Volvo of Dallas service department. I hope my next visits are not as disappointing.

2013 Volvo S60 20,000 miles Yahya met us just as we pulled into the parking lot and approached us before we could even get out of our vehicle! Great Experiance We had been wanting to replace our outdated S60 and Dustin was able to help us out! He did an outstanding job walking us through the process and took the time to explain everything in depth and answer all the questions we had. He was very knowledgeable and made the process enjoyable. Matt took care of the financing for us and also did an outstanding job walking us through that process.
