In with the old; out with the new Alycia, Linn & Pedro were all great. I have dealt with Linn Ford in service since buying my first Volvo in 2007 he has always made the service process pretty easy and even tried to ease the wallet pain when he could. It was tough though this time - needed a computer module and tranny rebuild - just too much for the '07 so we were introduced to Alycia. Excellent service and went above and beyond Alycia, Chris, and Jeremy were of excellent help. We received poor service at another dealership and they helped us trade out of one car and into another. They were very patient with us as we tried to figure things out and all three of them stayed with us very late into the night until without even the slightest complaint. Great Service Alycia, Jeremy, and Chris were all super friendly, professional, and easy to work with. We actually were on our way out of the dealership after not having found what we were looking for when Alycia suggested a 2014 Ford Explorer Sport with all the bells and whistles. We love it! Billy and Jeremy were great! I worked with Billy and Jeremy and they both took good care of me. Overall they were very friendly, knowledgeable, and patient. Despite the fact that I stopped by near closing time, everyone was very friendly and took the time to thoroughly explain everything. They made my first big car purchase a great one, I will definitely be going back when it's time to upgrade.

Wonderful experience! Alycia Johnson was very patient with a customer not so easy to work with ME! Being a woman buyer, I am always overly cautious when purchasing a vehicle! Excellent Cust Service and Knowledgeable Personnel Alycia and Jeremy took excellent care of me. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and fast.
