Best car deal ever! We took a big risk in buying a used car we had never seen. Just talking to Chris on the phone convinced us to make the deal, and Alycia did an excellent job of taking care of the details, keeping us informed every step of the way. Although we have never met personally, we enjoyed working with them - and we love the car. It's five years old and has fifty thousand miles on the odometer, but looks and runs like new.
Great experience! Very helpful from the moment I walked into the door to the moment I drove off the lot. It was easier than buying a new pair of shoes and took about the same amount of time. Thanks again
Willing to help! I came to Volvo of Dallas in a final attempt to purchase a newer car. My existing vehicle had serious negative equity and many dealerships would not take the time to work with me. Alycia and her Team worked for 2 days trying to package the perfect deal to help me get a better car. Three- peater!! I just bought my third Volvo from Volvo of Dallas! I thought the last two experiences were the best until this one... Alycia and Curt are THE BEST IN METROPLEX. They took care of every detail, mostly over the phone or computer, which was terrific. I live in Fort Worth (yes, there is a Volvo dealership closer to me), but this is one of the reasons I continue to come back to VOD. It's simple... great people, honest work and no hassle!

Excellent Customer Care from Alycia Johnson I only recommend this dealership because of the due diligence Alycia Johnson paid in getting my new hail damaged 2016 XC90 SUV taken care of.
