Got the job done quickly and thoroughly I had a recall with my 2016 XC90, and Crest completed the service in a timely manner and resolved the issue. I love that they always provide a loaner. I return here for all my service issues even after leaving the area. I have tried other Volvo dealers but always prefer Crest.

Superior Customer Service Excellent customer service from the time I entered the service drop off center until service was completed on my car. Car drop off area was very neat and clean. I was kept informed about my options during service and when service was completed my car was delivered complete with a car wash.

Battery Car would not start. Had roadside service charge the battery to get me to service center in Plano. Jordan was able to get me to Install a new battery. I am thankful for that because otherwise I would have been stuck without a car
