They failed to fix my car and returned it with new problems. Instead of any refund at all, they offered a "deep discount" on new repairs that were still $1000 higher than any other mechanic to make up for the problem. Really awful owner. I attempted to purchase a car that I saw online. I drove to the dealership to see it in person. It was exactly what I wanted. My finances were already secured, therefore I thought I should be able to negotiate as a cash buyer. The salesperson insisted that I try to see if they could offer me better financing than I currently had, so he adds "Bad credit is not a problem". Why would he assume I had bad credit? This dealership is better than the product. Everyone is very professional, but they are plaqued by what I believe is lack of support from the manufacturer. My new S-40 had far too many new model problems. The dealer was terrific in trying to rectify it. But Volvo was not. I'm still waiting for the promised satelite radio--nearly a year after I bought it. Volvo promised it. The sales brochure promoted it. I'm still waiting. PS: Once the prob's were solved, I love the Volvo.
