Wouldn’t buy a car from here again. This dealership does not have it together at all. Their sales manager’s communication is poor along with every employee under him. We have now bought a vehicle from them and wasted a ton of hours trying to figure out where our vehicle is because we bought it online and are still waiting to receive it. There is nothing special or positive about this dealership that should make it one that you go to versus any other dealership. CPO XC90 that cant be fixed In December of 2016 I bought a CPO 2013 Volvo XC90 from Crest Volvo. I had a 2007 S80 (which I bought as a CPO) and I wanted a newer car to give to my daughter who is getting her license this year. Because of my experience with the S80 I went for another CPO Volvo. Initially I had a lot of issues with the XC90 but because it was a CPO everything was covered. Part of me thinks that my car never had the rigorous 130-point CPO check because it had so many issues. Fix passenger window Lyn was very nice to work with but the actual repair took allot longer than I expected. I have had my Volvo for just over a year and this was the second major repair. I may be thinking of another make of car if any more big issues come up with it

Love my Volvo I always have a good experience when I take my Volvo in for service. I was a bit disappointed this time when I noticed a sheet of plastic was left behind the drivers seat (guess it was used to cover drivers seat), as I was driving home with windows down and sunroof opened the plastic blew out!!!!! Then, I noticed they didn’t vacuum the cargo space of my vehicle, there was quite a bit of grass there. I left my vehicle with the seats laying down so they had to notice it!

Don't trust this dealership! I purchased my third Volvo from crest (they were Volvo dallas prior) and was always happy until this last time. I found a car from their used lot online, they had all the paperwork ready for me when I arrived (I live in Fort Worth). I signed many documents before I took a test drive, one being a hail damage waiver. I met with Finance and drove off in my new vehicle. Very Disappointed This was by far the worst experience I've received at a dealership. My mom has been looking for a new volvo for a couple of weeks so we made an appt here. The guy we had seemed very rushed and never made eye contact. He asked quick short questions and never even stopped to get to know what kind of car my mom wanted. He was on the computer most of the time looking for the kind of car she wanted and never showed us anything. Follow-up is terrible They were awesome...until I signed the papers. On February 4th, after driving 4 hours to get to their dealership to buy a certified preowned XC90, they were warm and welcoming. Lots of friendly handshakes and smiles. Once the financing was complete and I drive the 4 hours home, I discovered that the vehicle didn't have all of the options that Volvo said it did. Terrible place This dealership has been terrible the whole process...I purchased a 2016 XC90. I was told that the vehicle was in a hailstorm but was completely repaired. A few days later after I got the car I washed my car and looked on my roof and saw the terrible hail damage repair. I guess that was my bad for not checking on top of the roof of my SUV before buying the vehicle.
