LETS HOPE WE DONT HAVE THW SAME PROBLEM AGAIN! 2018 XC 90, 6 hours before I hit the rode for Thanksgiving the Suspension Failure indicator light came on! Not happy. Can I trust car!!!

Very Pushy The entire staff was very pushy, involving several managers pushing to buy immediately, when our family explained we simply wanted to look at the vehicles and evaluate options. Versus respecting that and allowing us time to think about such a large purchase, they were extremely pushy, making it tough to leave and being harassed to purchase.
Not trustworthy My husband and I visited Crest Volvo in Plano just this past Thursday evening, October 11th 2018. Paul, the salesman, was very helpful, and we were almost ready to purchase a 2018, Volvo S90. Our price offer was accepted, and all we needed was a written detailed description of the car containing all the features. Crooks These people engage in deceptive trade practices. Currently being towed to Autobahn Volvo by Volvo Corporate for warranty work they were trying to make me pay for out of pocket. The service director Jeremi Chapman fabricated things in my Volvo Case. Made countless threats. Please avoid. This business has no integrity, and I will be filing a deceptive trade practice complaint against Jeremi Chapman and Crest Volvo with the Texas Attorney General.
Service Review Took 4 trips to the dealership to get issue corrected. Was never given an apology for the time and expense of the commute each time it wasn’t corrected. Loyal repeat Volvo customer who will shop elsewhere next time.
Poor Service Department-continuously Crest dealership service department continues to decline to a near bottom low over the past 5 years. And I have gone through two service representatives (they both no longer there). The past few service visits (as required by the extended warrantee to have the vehicles serviced at their facility) Crest has made many mistakes. Cost of replacing Warerpump is exorbitant Our 2008 XC90 has 80k and experience High Temperature warning after driving for approx 10 mins. Asked AAA to tow the car to this Crest Service. First update : Fan is not working , need to be replaced..... New update: water pump is not working. No breakdown cost we’re given ie labor vs parts, cost total around $1500. Bill :Labor cost is US 1250 and the pump and other parts is $250. We were told that Labor is $160./hr. No satisfactory answer given by the Service Director of this place ... read more
Good people I know they were busy but I think I spent 90 minutes doing nothing but waiting - a bit irritating I did have places to go
Sorry Service In for inspection, oil change, wash and tire rotation. Only sigh that anyone was inside was layers of blackbgrease in steering wheel and inside door handles...we expected a wash with interior dusting/vacuum...we expected too much. In 50 years of auto servicing I never saw such inattention to basic cleanup. Never again!! Worst facilities and service for a Volvo dealer that I have ever seen. Ghetto dealership.
