Great experience turned to big disappointment I completed my lease almost 3 weeks' back and I was happy with people there. As the car is retired loaner car, it had some dings and dents and people promised me to schedule an appointment to repair these things. I also purchase the Zetec (or something I could not rememver the name) to protect the exterior and interior of the car and because of theat, I was said that it will be domne at the same time they repair all dings and dents. Worst Customer Service ever Received worst service ever at any dealership. I cannot believe they are selling luxury cars by treating customers as if they were salvage auction car buyers. Very poor hospitality, Barry only showed us demo used car for whatever reason ( maybe he assumed that we cannot afford new car ). The worst business and customer service experience...EVER! This dealer refused to produce a second key certified (XC60) because their records showed they produced one. It was $300 item on a $18K auto!
Do not buy from this dealership DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP! Three days after purchasing my vehicle I contacted the dealership and told them I wanted to cancel my warranty, to which they responded via text "Bring the car back or we will report it stolen". This was a huge strike one. I then contacted the sales manager who said via email that " the bank that financed the loan REQUIRES you to keep the warranty for 90 days". ripoff, dont go here high pressure tactics used on women. staff doesn't listen and makes up numbers, they don't stand behind their products/cars but thy tell you how great Volvos are and how they hold their value, but when you try to trade one in with them they give you the low end of blue book for dealer in fair condition at best. they will tell you they will make it right and then another staff member calls and is rude and threatening.. very unprofessional all the way around.
No customer support I had a horrible experience with my new 2015 Volvo T5 Premier that I bought from Volvo of Dallas (Plano, Texas) in March. The car was presented to me as “loaded” - however I found out the next day that the odometer had 5,965 miles on it and the car had no navigation. Honest Review So, my 2 little ones, wife and I are in the market to buy a seven seater SUV. We live in Flower Mound, so this dealership for Volvo so the closest to us. Upon reaching the dealership (one small sign for "sales") we see and trying look for a parking space (none!). We had to park in one of the new Volvo car spots. Shopping for a new XC60 R-Design On Saturday, Feb 14th, my wife and I went car shopping to replace her Lexus RX350 that was coming off of lease. She wanted another similar size "luxury" SUV and she preferred a deep red if available. We looked at several makes and ended up at Volvo of Dallas. WORST To start horrible unorganized. I called made an appointment and they failed to mention the dealership location had moved. Drove to old and then had to drive 45 mins to new location. Poor directions given by associate. Then when arriving no one had a clue what to do. Sales assocaites were goofing off and didn't greet me. Then waited 2 plus hours for a simple oil change. Managent must have changed because this time last year I would have never felt this way. STAY AWAY FROM VOLVO IN PLANO.
