I have nothing but outstanding customer service from Criswell Nissan Dealership. Starting Edwin Hernandez, with the purchase of my new/used car in October 2023, to my recent service in March 2024 with Gail in the servicing department. Gail was very warm and friendly upon my arrival. She was very knowledgeable and attentive to me and my car needs. Her customer service skills with text messages and calls were outstanding! Also, the shuttle service guy (I don't remember his name but his lives in the same HOA community as I do.

Dalton was the service technician who worked on my Nissan Kicks and he was terrific. Took the time to figure out my weird issue with the USB/C ports and looked at the other issues in depth. He was responsive, helpful, and super easy to work with. Because of him, I'm a customer now!
