People are nice, prices are high. I don't doubt their abilities, but they nickel and dime you to death. My $39 oil change coupon ended up costing $56. I understand the addition of shop charges, but that seems a bit high. Also, if you want to use your credit card to pay, be prepared to fork out an additional 3%. Seems a bit silly that this type of business would charge a CC fee, when most other service centers, especially small ones, do not. Service good. Problem was I had to wait two hours for the courtesy van to pick me up and take me to the dealer to pick up my car.
