The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because my wait was almost two hours for a "Express" oil change and tire rotation. If I had known in advance, that my wait wait was going to be that long, I would have gone home and come another day. Instead, I was told after I had already waited an hour that it would be another 30-25 minutes and it was indeed that. Also, would they PLEASE learn to put the caps back on the tires after rotation. I like the way it looks with the caps on and I want them put back as they found my vehicle.... read more
