Andy is very professional, courteous and FOR the customer! I am a first time customer, and I just purchased a brand new car and later discovered a paint chip on the front fender. We have never been to Criswell Nissan before. We were in the market for a used SUV. We walked into Criswell yesterday (04/09) and Michael met us at the door. He listened to what we wanted and found the perfect vehicle for us. He worked with us on the price and it was a quick and easy process!! No pushy sales tactics here and that is very important to use.
