Cross Creek hospital is not the facility to take a love one too. My son was admitted last week and did not stay 24 hours due to feeling unsafe and hungry. He would not even take a bath at the facility. The staff promised that he would meet with a physician the next morning but that did not happen. A quoted price of the stay before admission was given which was several hundreds lower than the bill that was received. If your love one really needs help this is not the place.

Cross Creek is a horrible hospital very unprofessional and uneducated. My son was admitted for 8 days during this time there seems to be a positive experience as discharge date is nearing the positive starts turning into a negative. Social worker Raquel Morales was very un professional and really failed my son's discharge plan failing to follow pre authorizations orders. The adolescent unit was open 4 weeks when my teen daughter was admitted here during the last week of September 2015. I give this institution less than 1 star. No privacy policies in place....she saw sexual acts between girl patients, exchanged clothing and phone numbers with other patients.
