I use to love Crossroads Hospice and recommended them to anyone who needed them but when it came time to put my loved one on their service they were absolutely terrible! Will never use or reccomend them again.

I would NOT recommend them to take care of anything. They weren't even around when we needed them the most. This place should be ashamed of theirselves !!

you did nothing to help my mom. you didn't let her family know she was on her last breath. you even knew it that morning. my brother and I knew something was wrong and we asked you... she'll be ok. that's what tearing me apart....I wanted those minutes with her and you robbed me of that. I try everyday to accept the loss and I do...but her children wanted to say good-bye. thanks.
