Someone was supposed to be out at midnight, so I called when no one showed up to reassess my dad. They were supposed to let me know how much more morphine to give him because of breathing problems. He struggled for more than he should have. This was the second time the nurse on call was Chelsea and I never had a response. But this time we were close to the end. can you help with cvs charging me 33.02 again and ithe last time i payed more but meidacad has helped pay four this mediation in the past and the dr terry suppes has not putting a code on the RX that tells medaicd why i need this med its helps me move around and i am in pain now the cvs told me the code was not put the midication like lyrica 75 mg 3 years now and I'm out of oxycodone I am had to spend money I do have to see Tiffany bland MD next month dr. It’s a holiday weekend and no one can take on a complicated case, my grandmother has gone without services and has been denied access to her own paperwork and services because it’s a holiday weekend and whomever is on call is unable to follow through properly. As a medical professional I use to constantly refer patients and strangers to Crossroads but after some of the most unpleasant days recently I will never refer anyone to their services after my own family member has been treated so poorly.

They do not know how to treat insulin “dependent” diabetics. They stopped my mom’s insulin in error and refuse to give me answers as to why this occurred. This wasn’t the only error they made in medication changes. Incompetent and uncooperative.

It would have been helpful had they actually checked on my mother after I called them to review her condition. After the case worker told me on friday July 19th that her health was the same as the day she was admitted on July 5th, my brother walked into the nursing home to find his mother stone cold dead and had been for many many hours. You rarely check on her medical health. She died alone thanks to this terrible company. I wouldn't recommend them for a dog catcher!

I had to send my mom home on hospice last week and Crossroads is who I chose because I have friends that love your company. My experience with you started off really bad. The nurse was supposed to be at the house before my mom got there. 2 hours and 4 calls later the CNA showed up and was rude. Not only did she not introduce herself as she came in the house ,she also tried to talk to us like we were crazy. 20 minutes later the RN showed up. Again no introduction .
