Get directionsthe facility is great and the process is fine I did not like the doctor I had though (Dr. Lawless) he was very rude and lazy I asked him for the past 2 months to send my enrollment form to reset-o but it has yet to be sent as well as i asked him to switch my pharmacy because every appointment i have he is always late and my pharmacy i currently have is closed, but he refuses to and says he can't when I know that he can because I changed it before when I seen another doctor. he just seemed very ignorant, rude, and lazy. I never had an issue with Zoom but i could not connect to my appt while i had full service and waited and rescheduled twice. I finally got ahold of someone the next day.

Bring me back in 2 weeks because they didn’t get my drs fax even though dr said he doesn’t want to see patients without dirty drug screenings which I haven’t had in years.the girl technician at desk is rude and always with an attitude.

I just believe u should send out the worksheets that are needed when u get to them in the lessons because by the time u talk to your doctor you are way past the lesson.packets should be sent when start counseling for all lessons then wen u get to it you have them.cause at this point I have done no worksheets cause am past them.
There was ONLY 6 Patients ahead of ME, thanks to the COVID-19, I Had To WAIT OUTSIDE FOR OVER 2 HOURS! It should not take that darn long just for 6 patients!!
