My counselor Vicki is great but Amanda doesn’t know how to talk to people She belittles people and is very condescending. If she won’t help her own family she not going to help Us. She seems as if she thrives on people failing

A few months ago the company that does the urine test was changed and since then each week I show up positive for alcohol and my dose has been drastically dropped to the point that I am sick and withdrawing every day

I’ve been going to your clinic and Vicky is my counselor and you need to check on her because I should have been gases up they try to say i had a dirty urine with crack and I have never done crack so I had Vicky send it back and it came back unconccllosive so that’s not a dirty urine and I deserve to come every two weeks months ago and I’m driving there my liscene needs to taken over.
I love the staff all but Natasha the counselor. She violated HIPPA rights by talking to me about another patients case. Made me uncomfortable because my urine have benzodiazepines in them repeatedly said your urine is positive for Benzos,benzos,benzos x like 10 and then asked if I had a script and I told her yes doesn’t she see my take home box! I also wanted to include all of the counselors. They are all awesome! I have the most amazing counselor ever named Julia. I just love her! She treats me wonderful. She takes the time to really listen to me and her focus is completely on me and whats going on in my life while I am in a session with her. Thank you Julia, you are absolutely amazing! I think everyone that works here is amazing!!! They treat everyone with the utmost respect and I love that about them. From the man Damian at the front door, to Cody or the beautiful female at the front desk to all the beautiful doctors and nurses, to the beautiful sweet director Sheila. I love them all! When you have to take a urine screen no one wants to do it or has time to do it. They need a person that just does urines and we need groups and when you fail a drug test losing your take homes is one thing but detoxing you quickly is not a good idea. I have been on methadone 8 years anytime I may have pissed dirty I was dropped. Love and still kept my dose. I went fro 130 to 80 in like 15 days and now I am in a full relapse and my life is terrible I have to continue to use cause the dose doesn’t help. I can’t sleep and I am... read more

Why you all didnt give out take homes due to snow storm!! I fell on the ice going to my car this morning!!! I just had surgery on my neck. My feet flew out from under me and landed on back off my head !! I was knock.out for a few moments . I had a hard tie getting up. I scooted on my behind to get to my car. I have physical Therapy tomorrow. I hope didnt do any serious damage to my neck. I'm very upset to find all other clinic in the area gave their clients take home due to storm. My account is always messed up. They don’t give out take homes for bad weather like the other clinics do so as a result I missed an I will have a dirty urine again. I can’t get clean urines due to the fact I can not stay focused as a result to my experiences there. I have been trying to get into another clinic. The new director is horrible. It’s gone to hell since he has been there
