My counselor who I really liked and had for a year left and so I was really caught off guard when I went on Thursday 2/4/21 I understand staff leaves and things are difficult bc of covid and I only go every 4 weeks but a counselor is an important part of my treatment team it would be nice when there’s a change like that with a counselor, director, dr. Only reason a 5 star rating is not awarded has been based on the obvious fact... once the last Clinical Director that we had left, there is no way that any thought was given to searching for a new Director to take on the position. This gentleman that is now "filling in" the role absolutely, is the WRONG person; he does not grasp an addicts true need of a reliable, caring, and trusting facility to be able to go to for recovery programs. Well I’m still receiving treatment from crossroads but thus far they have been great. Working with Vicki my counselor has been pleasant , she genuinely cares about each of Her patients.
