Crossroads is absolutely amazing! Everyone is so nice and caring! Ashley is amazing! The nurses are amazing! The counselors! Everyone! I have nothing but great things to say about Crossroads!

Great the visits are kinda fast I guess but the communication the last two times on what I needed to do before dowsing was very in lackey the dowsing lady’s explained what I had to do no one said anything about the white paper tabs or the colored ones or who my counselor was..

Staff is fantastic, wait times have gotten considerably better, and the place is always clean. My one and only complaint is this; Having been made aware multiple times of specific people selling illicit drugs on the property to other patients, those individuals remain allowed at the facility and have never been reprimanded. This is supposed to be a facility where you can feel 100% safe that you are in an environment where the one and only focus you will have is recovery. Drug test are faulty and when I wanted one sent out they said it was to lAte. I was not informed of dirty urine until 15 days after this kept me from getting my take homes back. I am not transferring to another clinic. Also Amanda never gets to work til 5:15 to 5:30 but has people on hold. This is an issue for working people. I was told by director the urine would be looked into and someone would talk to Doctor it was never done

Everyone quits it’s horrible the phasing up is ridiculous! I should get the same test as everyone who pays. People who self pay shouldn’t get a different test than people who have insurance it’s truly idiotic. That’s not treating clients THE SAME!
