They have appointed a new director to this clinic. The new one seems to not comprehend addiction or how to treat addicts/recovering addicts whatsoever. He’s making policies that will absolutely hurt the business and cause people to seek treatment elsewhere. The nurses are all fairly phenomenal. Counselors are great as well. Overall, it’s a great place to go if you’re looking for a way to better your life.

Well, when I first started at the clinic, I had no idea what it took to overcome addiction. This was the first time I reached out for help and I was clueless. With my counselor’s guidance and lending ear to listen to my problems, I learned that life can be dealt with by facing my problems and not running from them and not only that but that I wasn’t alone in doing so and that it’s perfectly human to make mistakes. In my opinion I probably wouldn’t be here to do this review if it were not for cross roads . I have always been treated with respect and given help when I thought the was no hope I’m slowly coming down off of the methadone and could not be happier now thanks

I’ve been going to this clinic for quite a while now. I’m thankful that it’s available to me and I’m proud to say I’ve been clean since I started going. My counselor was amazing and really helped me, unfortunately she has moved on but without the counselors help then I don’t think the program would help.
