I’ve been at Crossroads Winchester for over 3 years and I’ve always been treated fairly and with respect and compassion. The staff goes above and beyond to help all of us that are involved in treatment. I would highly recommend this treatment center to anyone that is seeking help.
The clinic has done a great job during COVID-19 which has made it so much easier to continue successful treatment. Unfortunately we lost some of our best counselors because of COVID-19 and a lot had to leave to take care of kids or parents. Not only that but Dr. Gopal has cancer and Ashley who was the program coordinator left. I hope they find the right people to fill these vacancies because the people are what can make the experience great or miserable so hopefully there’s a lot of time and thought to find the right people ... read more
We were so glad to find Crossroads, you cannot imagine how hard it is to find a place that will help you with your dependency problems or your addiction issues. Hey it’s hard enough to bring yourself to the place in your mind that you need Help! I know for a fact that my wife and myself would not have made it much longer without Crossroads !
