For the most part I have no complaints. The only thing I know that needs to be improved is when a patient has busted butt to get phased up, you need to make it happen on the date it is supposed to happen on. Not 2-3 weeks later when the paperwork finally gets submitted and then approved.
You all at cross roads have been a true bright light in my life. You all have helped me stay strong and I’m so glad I came there . I needed and need help by getting advice and methadone has kept me off of pain meds .Everybody has helped me feel better going through my battle with cancer I no without your support I don’t no where I would be thank you all for your caring I do need it
This place helped save my life! Staff is fantastic and the place is clean. I only have ONE major issue with them. I described in great detail a situation which was occurring on their premises where drugs were being pushed and sold and by whom, yet to this day the person responsible for those acts is still actively attending this clinic. I made this knowledge available to staff members late January of this year. Everyone there from the nurses to the counselors are so friendly and not judging you on your recovery
Crossroads is a great treatment center I’ve been to 4 substance abuse programs an I’ll never go to another one again crossroads is the only treatment I will ever do it’s wonderful
I have the most kind and respectful consultor Vickie I couldn’t feel more comfortable with my recovery with her being there to listen and always gives me good advice.
