I absolutely love my tele-visit appointments. It’s been difficult to keep my scheduled appts this past year, since my car broke down. So, I’m very grateful for Crossroads and Zoom!

All staff and Doctor are excellent. Office appointments run smoothly and the wait time is minimal. I highly recommend Dr. Wolf as well. He is excellent and truly understands addiction and relapse.

The ladies up front are so helpful and make you feel at home. Nurses and Doctors take the time to listen and go the extra mile to help you and the counselors even though they cannot do meetings right now. Are still there to help and take your phone call.

Great professionalism good communication and excellent support to it’s clients only mishap I have is I lost my meds and my insurance would pay for it however ARS has a policy that don’t cover your meds if lost or stolen. I have a issue with that.
