Nursing staff is amazing. Front desk staff member is amazing and very friendly and knowledgeable and has the ability to know our member ID just looking at us. The confidentiality is very good and the staff try hard to keep our information secure. The counselors need to improve though on their ability to insure all patients are treated the same and that they don’t treat some better than others.
