Always nice people. Not sure why communication is all texts now while you wait now. They cant be more than 100 feet from waiting room. Personal service would be nice face to face..

Great service, My wife had a one oclock appointment was in and out. They did everything we wanted done, and inspected our car. I feel we can drop our car off, and they will get the job done. Very much appreciated

Great service team at Crown Toyota!
They did well. I was a little surprised that I'm to look forward to alignment problems every 20,000 miles or so!
An appointment was made ahead of time. I dropped the vehicle off and received period updates on their progress. All staff very courteous and accommodating.
Took too long for service to be done. We were scheduled for 10am and, we finally, left at noon. They booked too many services that day. We will remember not to book on a Monday. They seem to forget you when you go to the waiting room. It would be nice if someone would let us know how things are going with one's car. Otherwise, everything went well.
