Excellent service, friendly and helpful technicians
Service was prompt. Josh kept me informed throughout the time my car was being serviced. I appreciated the courtesy ride home and pickup while my car was being serviced and after. Driver was very courteous and friendly.

I scheduled an oil change and tire rotation and shortly after dropping the car off I got 4 BS recommendations: 1. Alignment- no I'll need tires soon since I'm at 39,000mi 2. Change brake fluid- never done that on any car 3. Fuel injector service- no Lucas Fuel Injector cleaner works fine and 4. Throttle body cleaning- at 39,000mi?! I'll check myself. When scheduling an appointment it takes close to 2 hours for oil change and tire rotation. Shouldn't take more than 1 hour. Been that way every time I go in for oil change with a scheduled appointment. I don't expect a 20 minute job like express oil change places but 2 hours is pretty bad
The service work is well done but waiting 2+ hours for a routine tire rotation is frustrating.
