Today's service was to correct errors made in serviceing my vehicle on 12/22/22 , oil change. I had noticed evident oil leaks and coolant leaks , after the previous service. Coolant tank was over filled considerably , causing overflow condition. Oil was leaking from the drain plug . I keep close attention to the condition of my vehicle's service and condition and have never experienced any leaks or had to add fluids between service intervals. Larry was the service writer for my appointment. He personally took care of completing the repair details of my visit and arranged for courtesy transportation to and from Crown Toyota. Bob, the courtesy van driver, took extra measures to provide safe transportation home and return to the service facility. I appreciate the extra help !
