Had a chunk of metal in my tire. Got me in gave me a ride picked me up and found that the metal did not pop the tire. No charge. Always great service

The staff was friendly, efficient ,and my tire rotation was completed along with a brief checkup within a short time. I was pleased!

I realized late Thursday afternoon that my battery was weak. I called Crown Service and an office person took a message and said she'd have a tech call me back. I was called and told they were booked into the next week; but if I'd get there as early as possible; they'd try to work me in. They did exactly that and within 2 hours the battery was replaced; they then had to repair a tire and all of this was completed. Each time I go there, they are very professional and courteous. I appreciate them being there when needed.
