0 Star : My Experience I was satisfied with the staff, the service, the communication, etc. The only thing that makes me not *completely* satisfied is that the repairs took so long, 35 days. My rental car ended up costing me an extra $600 because my rental coverage with my insurance ran out some time ago. That was the only drawback, the long repair time.
