0 Star : My Experience It seemed to take an extremely long time for the repair. It could have been due to my insurance company (Progressive) or it could have been something else? I also noticed tiny rust spot on a few areas of my white car. These were not there when we brought the vehicle in. I pointed them out to the associate without much comment. 2.5 Star : Likely to Recommend 2.5 Star : Repair Quality It took a very long time to even schedule the repair. Was told that the repair will start only after all the parts are available. It was then further delayed later as one of the parts was not delivered on time. 4.5 Star : Customer Service Staff was friendly and responsive. I would have appreciated if the updates were given in a more timely manner.
0 Star : My Experience I noticed two faults with the repair. I have reported it to two staff memebers today. I have not had a return call today.
