Poor parts serviice I normally am very satisfied with Cunningham of Edinboro mechanically speaking however this experience was not acceptable. I had a scheduled appointment for findings from another garage to be fixed being front left and right tie rods and rackinpinnion and rear left and right linkage bars well over 1500 worth of work. Service appointment not available I had a problem with the brakes on my truck after just 30k miles. I called to make an appointment and the service center could not get me in for 2 weeks! I asked the service technician what I should do and he told me that he could give me the number to Cunningham northeast. I asked why he couldn't call and get me an appointment? Service John Carlucci was awesome, Vehicle service getting the car looked at after the check engine came on twice and the lack of customer service from the service department at wanting to look at not so helpful. I guess I wanted some more friendly support seeing how the car was purchased on February 9 and the check engine came on twice in under a month. I told them what I wanted weeks in advance... Just wanted the factory electric brake controller installed in my vehicle. I bought it there so they have the VIN number... They didn't order the parts so I need to go back? Lame service department, done with doing business here. Glad there are 2 other dealers close by.
Service terrible Unable to schedule anything a month out. Missing wheel key, said, they were unable to perform the work.Non dealership could fix it. Check engine light still on after they did the work. Most dealerships that have a vehicle 3 days clean it.Do not go here, sales is bad too.
Not very good Was not happy how they just pushed a vehicle on to me that I didn't want but someone with bad credit I was happy to get a new vehicle. Not the color I wanted not the right setup. Just not happy with how it worked.

Very bad experience Went to the North East location to buy my first truck. There was obvious body work that needed done to the vehicle which I was ok with. I bought the vehicle with 68,000 miles on it and before you know it the breaks failed due to the break calipers (rear) being on the wrong sides which caused a line to burst in the back thus leaving me with no breaks while driving in the vehicle with my child. 2 months later (currently) I am experiencing transmission problems with the vehicle at 72,000 miles.
