Confused I brought my 2014 Grand Caravan in due to a transmission leak and coolant smell, I also requested an inspection if time allowed. Initially, my experience was a very positive one and I felt that Ryan in service was very helpful and welcoming- this being my first visit. It took some time to complete repairs and I received a courteous call to inform me of completion. Dealer refused to honor Lifetime Warranty This dealership refused to honor a Lifetime Warranty for a Jeep purchased in 2010. They didn't send out a notice of any kind, or a phone call, stating when I had to get a drivetrain inspection for the warranty. So when I came to them with a drivetrain problem they refused to honor it. No sense of responsibility on their part whatsoever. I feel this is just an excuse to get out of service. Protracted and Clueless Took my 2012 Jeep in for suspension issue. Could not find problem. Returned vehicle to me. Shortly thereafter the problem reoccurred. This time determined that air pump and control module were faulty. Waited several days for parts, and then again when new parts were faulty. Finally received repaired vehicle. At pickup I inquired of service associate as to the nature of the repair. He could offer no information on what had been done. Salesman lacked knowledge of vehicle. The salesman sold me a dream.Then when I bought the car it was lies never again....I hope they learn more bout the car before sale

i wouldnt use ediinboro thats why i want to north east pa I would never use the Edinboro store that's why I went to north east store better service friendly probly would of had my car back in a day but Edinboro played their little games

Bad communication and service I went to this dealership for my water pump recall on my truck and was told I was going to have to come back because the water pump was on back order. I was told while I was walking out the door that my tune on my truck was deleted and not only that they left my wires hanging under my dash and disconnected my A pillar gauge and left the wire hanging without connecting it back up after they checked my truck. Poor service, lack of communication Expected service was not performed. Service that was performed was performed poorly. Lack of communication. It’s difficult to have confidence in the quality of this service.

service I only drive out there for Justin. While I wait for my car I talk with Justin and we look at whats new on the lot. Now the service department is just crazy the last two visits I spent 8 hours waiting for my car. The one visit was for new running boards. The two guys in service should get up and walk around and check on there mechanics.

car I was looking for They had the car I was looking for at a fair price. It was a little disappointing when I was told the car was all looked over and the oil wasn't even on the stick, I put 1 1/2 quarts of oil in it.
