I just signed a leasing contract with Pangea Real state no more done 2weeks .They are quick responding and responsible! Ashanti is my property manager . She is very professional,acknowledged and talented! Easy to leave in their buildings! She provided everything nice and quick ! I like her business! Talented worker she is!

I stay with pangea for 7 years now I love they apartments, they always keep they hallways clean. They buildings up to part also I want to thank my landlord Ashanti. For helping me out. Been there through my roughest time

I have been with Pangea for several years and I have had a few disrespectful property managers. However, over the past year they selected Magnolia and words cannot express how thankful I am for her. She is respectful, accomodating, and professional. Pangea needs to take a page out of her book. Five stars for her. Thanks, Magnolia for making my 7th year a pleasant one. Stayed with Pangea 5 years and it was many challenges that my family faced during that time. Property Managers came and went but I want to especially thank Ashanti for her help. Transitioning from an apartment to a house could have never went smoother. While on the property she addressed issues quick and always had an open line. Thank You for Support. Need More Like You.

Magnolia the property manager is super helpful. I've been having some issues, and she has been on top of it immediately, doing what needs to be done to remedy my problems. I appreciate her timely responses, and overall professionalism, cause she gets it done. Seriously, she is great at her job. Also, I recently had an exterminator come out, his name was Jose. My move in was easy and stress free, thank you to my property manger Ashanti for making my move in as seem-less as possible and also being very welcoming. By far my best experience with moving in especially with the current covid crisis.

Ashanti is great at being my property manager, she let's the job done. She very professional, when it comes to my affairs. I been with Pangea for 7 years, went through 5 property manager's. She's the best so far, u all should be proud for having her.
