Ashanti is my property manager. She’s very professional, knowledgeable and understand ing. I had a situation with the receptionist who was been very disrespectful and Ashanti was able to take care of the situation in minutes. Thank you Ashanti for all that you do.

The property Manager Ashanti has been extremely helpful and attentive to the issues pertaining to my apartment functionality in these past few days. She sent in maintenance technician to fixed my Tub & Refrigerator within the same hour i put in the repair orders. Ashanti is fabulous, handling my problem very promptly,professionally and kindly. Her & the technician she sent to repair my tub & refrigerator are real wizards.

COVID-19 didn't kill my business, but it damn near put it in a coma! As a result, I fell behind on my rent. I'm truly appreciative of my Property Manager, Magnolia Lipscomb. She understands that rent collection is crucial to operations, but she does it in a humane way. She directed me to seek assistance from IHDA. I applied twice with no response, so I gave up on it. She encouraged me to try again, I did, then received over 3 months of assistance! I'm happy to say that business is improving and I expect to pay my rent... read more

Ashanti is great! I have been going through a lot since the pandemic and she called to go over things. I was very rude and short with her. I called back and she was as gracious, patient and willing to help. I appreciate her professionalism at all times.

Had a back up problem in my basement. I was waking up to water just sitting almost everyday. Told Ms. Ashanti about the issue, she dispatched maintenance out to fix it and Bam! No more standing water in my basement. Thank you again!

On 7/26/2021 Fernando came out to my unit for a maintenance request that I put in. This man was AMAZING! He was very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable about his craft. Then, he came back today 7/27/2021 for a follow up. I have no complaints whatsoever. Fernando you ROCK! Pangea, this man is hands down the BEST!
