They tried to manipulate and pressure my dad into signing a completely overpriced deal on the spot to prevent him from properly cross-checking prices. They claimed $35k was the average for work other places say is $5k-$15k. One of the employees claimed he'd call his manager and try to use his last "friends and family discount" on ** to lower it to $20k. Thought that was pretty funny, at least. High pressure salesmen! Told me my roof had so many soft spots they were afraid to even walk on it! Price quote was $43,000. I said no then the bull started flying !!! They would not take no. They are like interrogators!! They beat you down until you give in! They promised me I would not be able to get a roof job for less than $******! I did a survey asking about home remodel for my bathroom, and ever since they call me daily or ever couple of days after telling them repeatedly that I do not want to look into it for at least a month to call back then. One person even ignored my words and tried to schedule me anyway. This has been going on for a few weeks, and it is getting tiring, When I do get the work done after all the harassing, I will never call them or use them. I have to answer calls in case it is regarding my mom or my son.

This business has deceptive and illegal practices. They charged my credit card over $17,000 after I was assured no charges would be made on my credit card as I cancelled the order in person within 15 hours. It has taken me numerous phone calls and 20 days to have that charge refunded. I an SO glad I cancelled and found out this is NOT a company you want to do business with!
A Dabella employee came to my house uninvited on 4-8 and gave me a quote to replace my roof for $27,000. Due to the salesmans cussing during his shady sales pitch, I would never use this company! I had another quote for $15,000 for the same type of roof from a very reputable company that I could trust. Do not allow any Dabella employee into your house. He wasted 90 minutes of my time and was very unprofessional. He was the type of man I could not trust.
This company is misleading and a waste of time. They have an A+ on a technicality, they respond to every complaint and BBB marks that as solved. It looks good on paper, but is not right by the customer. *********************** the finance manger is rude and condescending. Dude came to my house from DaBella roofing company. I've done roofs myself in the past. He said that they will give my wife the 'special' price of $27,000 to RE-DO MY ROOF THAT'S IN GOOD CONDITION, as long as she signs WITHOUT MY PERMISSION, AS HER HUSBAND!! My wife got mad at me when I said that I would shoot him off of my roof if I found him up there under those circumstances. OBVIOUSLY A VERY SHADY, DISHONEST, AND UNFORTHRIGHT company!!!
They won't stop calling even after being told we don't require ANY of their products or services.

When we signed the contract because we really liked their product we were promised nothing but honesty and communication which we told them was incredibly important to us because we both work full time and did not want to have the issues of trying to get ahold of them constantly or being led on or lied to. They ended up doing both to us.
