I engaged DaBella Roofing Contractors for a roofing issue but was disappointed with their sales approach. 2 salesmen arrived, gave us a ridiculous quote for roof replacement, gutters and repair on siding on house and shed. $86000.00. they knocked at the door twice after we told them no, with lower prices if we signed a contract today. They would not take no for an answer, in the end we had to be rude to get them to leave. Would not do business with this company due to their sales tactics. Horrible experience.

After a terrible experience with an extremely pushy siding salesman, a roofing salesman came to my door and I had to rudely shut the door on him. I wish they'd train their salesman (both initial "cold call" ones and ones who come to do a "free" estimate) to politely take no for an answer and move on. I also now wouldn't believe any of their salesmen when they say they see issues with siding, roofing or anything else.

It's a red flag when a company pressures you to sign before they will leave. After 6 hours, even though I was still confused about the numbers, they wore me down and I signed.Thank goodness for the 3-day cancellation time required by law in Colorado! From the start the bath remodel was a horrible experience. The sales people lied about several things, the installation folks had no communication skills and follow up with a warranty issue resulted in me hiring a plumber to install a different brand name shower valve. To many phone calls to count and no follow up from CS personal.

We made an appointment with the ******-based location of DaBella for a shower replacement. We were given a price, signed a contract, and put down a deposit. Five days later, we received a call from our sales person's manager saying that the price we were quoted was too low and they were cancelling our contract; that is unless we agreed to pay another $3000+ on top of the contracted price. They ignore no soliciting signs and knock on your door anyway. As soon as I pointed it out, the walked over to the next house with the same no soliciting sign and did the same thing. The 2 solicitors were extremely arrogant, they cursed at me, and told me I couldn't afford a roof. Don't trust a company that chooses not to respect a simple request.

I did not appreciate the high pressure tactics of DaBella. It was difficult to get the salesman to leave as he would was not accepting a firm "NO". I'm so glad to have kept getting estimates as I found Matador Exteriors of ********* to be highly professional, knowledgeable and actually listened to my needs.
