Initial meet and greet went well. During measuring a lot of questions about making decision today. I expressly indicated I would not be making decision today. They kept acknowledging my no and said they respected my decision. Only to ask what would it take to make a decision today. Wrote up 3 proposals best with triple pane windows, next best double pane and thirdly cheapest. I again said I was not choosing today. Just had a visit from a sales rep nearly at 8pm. Sales rep was very sarcastic when I told him I don't have time for this and have to get back to taking care of my young children. Definitely not considering doing business here for anything.

Can I put zero stars? Still getting the run-around. Still don't have communication from them about when my windows will be installed. Did they just steal my deposit? Will it take a year to get my windows? Your sales pitch talks a lot about the "family", "welcome to the DaBella family." Do ya'll never talk to and avoid your family? Lady on the phone tells me I would need to check with sales rep, sales rep says gotta check with manager. Very unprofessional. I would never recommend this company. Nobody knows what's going on. DaBella has installed new windows in our house and it's been a game changer. Worked with Nina, who was very clear about the options and what would best suit our needs. The installation team was meticulous and respectful of our home. Noticeable reduction in noise and better temperature control since the windows were installed. Yes, it's a premium service, but well worth it.

Please train your sales rep to be more RESPECTFUL and STOP BEING SUPER PUSHY when a customer already expressed they are not interested and have no needs. Multiple follow up phone calls and sales rep revisiting multiple times is becoming stressful. 8pm is when people just want to chill from the day and not want to deal with any type of solicitation.

On Tuesday, 4/25/2023, the person answering the phone said that she was in a meeting and that she would get us the paperwork to cancel our order in about an hour. As usual, we did not hear back from them the rest of the day. We really wanted our door/window that was promised at the end of January but it has been a nightmare dealing with this company. Give us our money back so that we can give our business to a reputable company!
