This company did not finish the job they promisedtried calling texting but getting no where with them.Do your homework work on them and see what other customers are saying about them.

Business response:

Communication and project control are lacking. I am currently in the beginning stages of my project and the ability to get real time assistance from project managers is frustrating. The number I have to talk to my project lead always goes to voicemail and the only number I have to send text messages to goes to my sales rep. He is great to work with when he is able to respond. The quickest response I received was when they were looking for money/approval for a scope change. One that I am now questioning after watching the wo... read more

All I have to say is the salesman Conner Campbell for Dabella is terrible he was very pushy on trying to get me to sign this the other night . And I wouldn't bc the house was inherited to my wife and mother in law . I kept explaining this to him and he would not listen . You can't force anybody to sign something if they don't want to and I explained to him that my mother in law was on the east coast in Maine . It was 8:40pm here and my mother in law is 3 hours ahead of us. He wanted me to call her I told him no I wasn't bc i... read more

Business response:

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We apologize for the inappropriate pressure you experienced during the sales presentation. Your concerns about Conner Campbell's approach have been noted, and we understand how frustrating it must have been to feel pushed into making a decision when you clearly explained your situation regarding the inherited property and your mother-in-law's location. We recognize that respect for our customers and their circumstances is fundamental to building trust. Every homeowner deserves t... read more

Very pushy sales people. Constantly trying to have me replace more windows than I had asked for. I wanted a quote for each different sized window and they could not give me that. They finally gave me a bid for 32,000 for the whole job but could not break it down as to what each window would cost. They then called their supervisor and he lowered the price to 25,000. I can not recommend this company. They were unprofessional and obviously trying to up-sell instead of giving me the quote i wanted.

Business response:

Obnoxious methods used to solicit business. They use a phone solicitation service that cannot be blocked and hounds you repeatedly with obvious, OBVIOUS,, barely understandable speakers. DO NOT REWARD THEM WITH YOUR BUSINESS.

Had a very pushy salesman come by today from Dabella - Says he was "warning" me about all the trucks that will be parked on our street since his company will be doing work for so many of my neighbors. Really? He then pulled out every sleazy trick in the book to get me to agree to a "free roof inspection". Would never use a company that uses high pressure salesmen and ignores my no solicitation signs.

Business response:

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. The individual who visited your home was an appointment setter, not a salesperson. Their role is to ask basic questions such as availability and decision-maker status—so we can ensure homeowners are present for a consultation only if they choose to proceed with a free inspection. No purchase is ever required for that service. We understand and respect that a “No Soliciting” sign represents your preference, and we train our team members to remain professional and courte... read more

DaBella roofing is NOT Reputable. I had a roof installed a year ago and one of my main concerns were areas that there was leaking between the roof and my carport cover and my patio cover. I Spoke with the salesperson on every occasion we talked regarding my concern. I decided not to go with having the roof done but they were quite insistent on me having the need to have my roof replaced. It is still leaking in the areas that were my concern, and they did not install a flashing that would have Solved the problem. I have trie... read more

Business response:

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. At DaBella, we take great pride in the work we do and in the partnerships we form with homeowners throughout their remodeling projects. To clarify, DaBella does not offer metal roofing, and that scope is clearly outlined in our project agreements. We also want to note that any areas of concern around your patio or carport were existing issues prior to our work. Our team’s goal is to address roofing needs thoroughly, but we do so within the scope and limitations of the co... read more

A salesperson came to my door at 5:15pm this evening. My door clearly says "No Soliciting." I asked him if he had a permit required by the City of San Diego to do door-to-door sales. He didn't have a clue what I was saying and he said I was rude for asking. I told him he was rude for soliciting to a home that clearly had a No Soliciting sign. I contacted the company and they're located in Texas. After reading the other reviews, I would highly advise not to use this company. Apparently their sales people can't read a simple t... read more

Business response:

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We understand and respect that a “No Soliciting” sign represents a homeowner’s preference, and we train our teams to remain professional and courteous at every doorstep. In accordance with California Senate Bill 946 and local San Diego guidelines, door-to-door outreach does not require a permit and is not considered illegal, even when such signs are present—it’s regarded as a request rather than an enforceable restriction. That said, our intent is never to create frustra... read more

I got new windows in Aug 2022. My front window has never been right. Repair people came out twice and tried to rehang it. After numerous phone calls, they turned me over to insurance. Insurance sent repair guys from LA. The first couple times they came out, they measured and got the wrong part. One time, the repair guys were a no show. Now they are saying their guy is out of the country until the end of April. What is it going to take to just get a new window?

Business response:

We’re regret hearing that you had a negative experience Gail and thank you for sharing it with us. We’re committed to delivering the best service possible, and we’d love to hear more if we failed to meet that expectation.
