Obnoxious methods used to solicit business. They use a phone solicitation service that cannot be blocked and hounds you repeatedly with obvious, OBVIOUS,, barely understandable speakers. DO NOT REWARD THEM WITH YOUR BUSINESS.

Had a very pushy salesman come by today from Dabella - Says he was "warning" me about all the trucks that will be parked on our street since his company will be doing work for so many of my neighbors. Really? He then pulled out every sleazy trick in the book to get me to agree to a "free roof inspection". Would never use a company that uses high pressure salesmen and ignores my no solicitation signs.

DaBella roofing is NOT Reputable. I had a roof installed a year ago and one of my main concerns were areas that there was leaking between the roof and my carport cover and my patio cover. I Spoke with the salesperson on every occasion we talked regarding my concern. I decided not to go with having the roof done but they were quite insistent on me having the need to have my roof replaced. A salesperson came to my door at 5:15pm this evening. My door clearly says "No Soliciting." I asked him if he had a permit required by the City of San Diego to do door-to-door sales. He didn't have a clue what I was saying and he said I was rude for asking. I told him he was rude for soliciting to a home that clearly had a No Soliciting sign. I got new windows in Aug 2022. My front window has never been right. Repair people came out twice and tried to rehang it. After numerous phone calls, they turned me over to insurance. Insurance sent repair guys from LA. The first couple times they came out, they measured and got the wrong part. One time, the repair guys were a no show. Now they are saying their guy is out of the country until the end of April. What is it going to take to just get a new window?

Hayden took his time to explain every single details to us and followed up on us through out the process. The crew took 4 days to complete our roof and did a fantastic and very thorough job. Highly recommend.

Stay away from this company no matter what! They are shysters and don't know what the hell they are doing. Once they get your deposit (they even took an illegal amount from me) they just jack you around over and over again. Steer clear. That's all I have to say without going into a lot of detail.

Stay away from this company. They installed my roof in Mar 23. Screwed up everything about the installation. Fought with them through most of 23. Then they sent out their regional manager Max, he tells me "trust me and let me make this right" that has been almost 4 months ago, still nothing. Every time I try and call him, he is in a meeting. This should be improper install as well as warranty work but they are not honoring it. I think the owner Donnie McMillan is asleep at the wheel of his company. Terrible communication from this company and being promised the work will get completed within 2 1/2 days for my shower took 4 days to install and 3 weeks waiting from the moment it was demolished. The quality work felt very diy and the cost not worth it. The installer who came doesn't work for da bella they are their own contractor like seriously. The sales people didn't let me do comparisons with other companies prior and I'm dreading that I should've listened to my gut and looked around some more. I will not get any work ... read more
