Hayden took his time to explain every single details to us and followed up on us through out the process. The crew took 4 days to complete our roof and did a fantastic and very thorough job. Highly recommend.

Stay away from this company no matter what! They are shysters and don't know what the hell they are doing. Once they get your deposit (they even took an illegal amount from me) they just jack you around over and over again. Steer clear. That's all I have to say without going into a lot of detail.

Stay away from this company. They installed my roof in Mar 23. Screwed up everything about the installation. Fought with them through most of 23. Then they sent out their regional manager Max, he tells me "trust me and let me make this right" that has been almost 4 months ago, still nothing. Every time I try and call him, he is in a meeting. Terrible communication from this company and being promised the work will get completed within 2 1/2 days for my shower took 4 days to install and 3 weeks waiting from the moment it was demolished. The quality work felt very diy and the cost not worth it. The installer who came doesn't work for da bella they are their own contractor like seriously. This organization is a train wreck. Sales people appeared to be very knowledgeable and detailed in review of our roof and repairs it needed. Signed a contract and then the problems started. Scheduled pushed 4+ times then got a firm commitment and the solar folks came to remove our panels. Roof crew was supposed to be in the next day. Then we waited and waited and waited some more. End result, they paid to have solar removed and reinstalled and will never let this organization touch anything on my property ever.

The salesman was great but... We signed a contract in October and they still aren't done (now mid-April). Delay after delay. I've asked for weekly updates and just get crickets. They schedule a day to be here to continue the work and then just don't show up with no explanation or apology. They replaced a plank in our ceiling with a rough slab of wood and we can now see the tiles on the roof through the ceiling. I was lied to for a month about the status of my job. I was told from everyone from the salesman to o the customer service office that we were just waiting for the city to approve permits. The truth was that permits were not applied for over a month. Now the permit sits idle with the city awaiting updates. My confidence that my roof is ever going to fixed is very low, but the contract is pretty air tight in their favor. There are better, cheaper, more honest roofing companies out there. Use one of them.

Just an update on our ordeal that we posted about beginning a month ago. Dabella agreed to reimburse us for work done to repair interior damage that was caused by the leak in the new roof they put in. That was a good start. I had to find the company and then turn in the receipt for work done once work is completed. Fine. I understand that. I find a mold remediation company, and they come to my house and demo the affected area, and find that there are missing panels in my roof!! Do not use! Contract signed in November 2033, still don't have a roof end of February 2024 and now not scheduled until March. Typical lame contractor who doesn't know how to manage their projects. They do not give you project information unless you call them! Delayed start date 3 times in the same week. Problems continue.
