I am looking into window replacement and called them for a quote, and Niko came out today. He was thorough, explained everything and had sample window. Quality product. As I explained when he arrived I was not making a decision today, and wanted a quote only. Very personable, and answered all my questions. Price higher than I was expecting, and am still getting other quotes. I would recommend Niko.

Nico came out to my house from the Bella windows and gave me an excellent presentation regarding the exceptional standards of his company. He explained several things that I didn't know and it was quite educational. I didn't feel like I was pushed or forced to make a purchase. I would highly recommend him and GO BeBella !!!!!'n
Do not do business with these people. They'll come to your door and bother you and not leave. I tried politely saying "no" and he just kept talking. He said he wasn't trying to sell me anything, while blatantly trying to sell me a new roof. Even after telling him to "fuck off" multiple times, he wouldn't leave my door until I went outside to confront him. These people are a drag on the economy and do not deserve to own a business.
After 3 estimates I decided to go with DaBella, even though they were the most expensive of the three, because they promised me to install the GAF solar shingles. The overall cost of the roof and the solar sounded really good. They claimed that they have the solar shingles and I will be the first on San Diego to have it, a completely LIE. wrote my original review the day of completion of my new $$$ roof. Today, November 8 it rained. I have a total of three leaks. After repeated emails to the salesman a woman from the office called to tell me someone will come out and look. Had I been made aware at the time of purchase that DaBella does not do the actual work. it is contracted out to a third party I would never had them do the job.

Rain is predicted, but we don't have to worry. We're safe and snug under our new Dabella roof! Our roof is beautiful, but what was even more important was the help we got from Dabella, specifically from Ava Ai and James Morgan, in dealing with our solar panel company. It didn't want to honor its warranty and had just ignored our complaints. Ava and James knew how to contact it and got through the bureaucracy effectively. They also helped us with figure out the finances. I would definitely work with Dabella again!
Two sales associates came to my house to give me a quote. Andres and Kaelen, were very polite and courteous. They gave me a professional presentation about their windows and about their company and financing. They were very knowledgeable and answered all my questions.

My dad recently passed away and I was in charge of taking care of his home. Needless to say it needed A LOT of work and one big ticket item was the roof. I contacted DaBella and met with James. He was extremely detailed in providing information on the process, materials used, financing and so forth. (I learned a couple things about roofing myself) James has done a great job taking care of me and my parent's home. He's available to answer any questions I might have and will check-in with me. Reps were at my home on 7/9 and were very insistent. I have read other reviews on the BBB website about aggressive sales tactics and I must agree as I saw it first-hand. I initially felt that they had reasonable prices (not the lowest as I had other bids) and decided to sign a contract with them on 7/9 and applied for their financing (which was approved on the spot).
