What a great experience! There are so many important things to know about your roof. Matt and Lance had not only answers but brochures and samples. They were patient with our numerous questions (after all if you're going to spend thousands of dollars you have lots of questions!) They were ultimate professionals. They have a product that sells itself and you can tell how proud they are to represent a quality organization and product.
Kent Shannon and I met in December. He introduced me to the top quality roofing that you can get. I was convinced and wanted to wait so I could talk to the home owner insurance and see if I could get some help. Kent was very throughout and came down when the adjuster came to look at the roof. He was a big help. I would recommend Kent to anyone who needs new roof.
My husband and I had a meeting with Steven Shortridge in mid-December. It was a mo pressure meeting, and the DaBella brand sold itself for us. We both like the dual coverage on the work done, and that the workers are insured by the company. We got our new roof installed in Jan, and it was done in 2 days. I had no idea my roof was in such bad shape until Christopher Hill showed me pictures of how bad it was. I was very pleased with the whole experience and Christopher was very knowledgeable and informative during the whole presentation.
Sales persons Matt Pittam and Lance Fagan were professional in demeanor and provided clear and concise information regarding product and product quality. Information regarding costs, timelines, and financing was also presented.
Kent Shannon did an excellent job with his presentation and explaining his business. He was very knowledgeable in showing us his product and how the process works. He was also very professional in his inspection process and discussing with us the shape our home was in and what needed to be done to fix it. The best thing I enjoyed about Kent is that he was very straight-forward and easy to talk to. I would recommend Kent and this business to anyone who is looking for the services they provide.

Lance was was great to work with. He was friendly, easygoing and no pressure. DaBella (Lance) was the only contractor that actually inspected the attic space as well as the roof exterior! Lance also provided pictures and explained everything he saw. Our project has yet to kick off, but I would suggest anyone in the market for a roof, to give them a call. If nothing else, you will get a honest assessment.
