Joel P and Jacob J had a very professional appearance. They conducted themselves to be very knowledgeable about the product and services that DaBella Exteriors offers. My roof is nearing the end of it's useful life (20+ years), and knew that I'd eventually have to getthe project done, as it was already in poor shape when I purchased the home 6 years ago. I met with the technicians, Bruce and Dave about a bathroom remodel. They arrived and we began to discuss some of my options. Dave presented me with a very detailed presentation of the available products Dabella offered. He gave me some valuable information regarding the pros and cons of tile vs. acrylic. It went well, I was an hour late, but Jared and Jacob showed up on time and started looking at the roof. They are both very knowledgeable about roofing materials and techniques. We live in South East Portland and our current roof has a leak. The presentation went a little bit long; that is what I get for scheduling it so late. But, they were flexible with the pricing and financing options. All in all, a pretty good experience. <br />
Bruce was very informative and professional. Love the fact the Dabella uses 100% made and operated companies. Highly recommend Debella exteriors to my friends and family. <br />
Joel x2 were very professional and thoughtful. Ended up with signing the contract on the spot. Very nice touch was that Joel wrote down as addendum that the project should start after 10 am of the scheduled day without my asking. I work night shift and it helps me a lot. It shows me they care about people not only selling their products.
The most awesome sales guy ever (!) Jacob Judkins spent literally hours explaining and exploring the project details for our particular home needs. We were unsure before meeting him plus my husband is basically a contractor himself....but after learning the details, we are so excited to have it installed in our home by a great team. The financing options made the deal happen...and this means we don't have to wait 2 more years to get this annoying project done!!! Yay!
